The Moto Z2 Play is another smartphone you can consider if you are not looking to buy something from 2016. The Z2 play combines a decent performance along with a good camera and battery life. Going further down, you have the Moto G5 which is another good phone from Motorola, available below the 15K price point. It is obviously not as fast as the Moto G5 Plus, but it handle most tasks just fine. The phone has the same design and build as the G5 Plus, and offers a decent camera and battery life as well.
